Cliniq managed the full production of the Annual Summit for BioPharma Network, the Italian association that brings together managers, directors and professionals from the pharmaceutical and biotech sector to foster networking, innovation and professional growth within the industry.
More than 500 professionals attended an engaging day of discussions and exchange. Our role was to orchestrate the event end‑to‑end: technical direction, logistics coordination, space design, set‑ups and the management of guest flow and participation.
For Cliniq, producing an event means enabling people to experience it without interruptions: every detail must work, but without calling attention to itself. We structured the experience so that the organisational machine ran smoothly from the first moment, letting speakers and participants focus on what truly mattered.
When the production is solid and precise, the experience remains.
